I can't login on my main account on my new phone and I don't know why. I reinstalled the game, I cleared it's cache but nothing works. If I delete the guest account and reopen the game, I have the button that says "Have an account? " but when I press it , it pops up the window with my birthday, like the one for the new ones on the game that are at the beggining. Help me fix this.
I got a new device and have been out for 2 weeks, I also can’t even get them to restore progress or past purchases on new account …
So I was completely locked out for 3 days. Missed the end of my guild TB--got zero rewards for the 4 days I did get to play in it, missed daily logins, etc, was basically ignored by @eadevs and got nothing given in return for all the issues they caused. At least my game is back. EA devs try to do better and give some massive freebies for such a major screw up!!!
Set the date on hone to 4 or 5 days ago. Try logging in. If it works change date back again
