I can't receive or give gifts to or from other players

Can depend on a few factors. Account Level restrictions, regional restrictions, underage account restrictions, etc.

I'm in the US and I'm not a minor so I'm not sure what would cause it. Thanks for the input though 

And since I'm wanting to either spend money or have someone who wants to spend money, I hope this can get resolved quickly

I already have but I have not received a response in game my all code is 246-726-753

This is time sensitive for the Jar Jar event, as this is why I'm thinking about spending money
