I can't spend actual money in the webstore.

My actual swgoh account is under 18, but my EA account is over 18. I can spend money in the game, but the webstore only has crystal bundles and says things like "this account is not elgible for this package" when I look at the money thing. I've bought lsbs in the app before, so why can't i spend money on the actual website?
