I didn’t receive my full rewards from Duel of Fates Tier IV

I was only given 100 crystals and I wasn’t given any signal data or relic mats. I’ve opened a chat on the game. I made a post on here and commented to bring it back to the top but I just want my relic material. Like I said in my first post I was awarded normally for 1-3 but not 4! HELP ME!
