I got crystals instead of my lighspeed bundle.
Friday (5 december) i bought the BB-8 lightspeed bundle and i got crystals instead. I instantly contacted EA help which was already very difficult to talk to a real person and not a bot. Only yesterday i received help, they asked me to provide prove of the purchase so i did that. They replied that i got my crystals even tho i was very clear that i did not want the crystals. In 4 years i have never spent money on this game except for this month and to be treated like that is just not acceptable. I want to ask again if anyone can help me to give me the contents of the BB-8 lightspeed bundle. My ally-code is 234-645-695.

For the people in the future with the same problem: i received the contents of the LSB i purchased after about 4 days, they kindly helped me further and even let me keep the crystals i received. so in the end it was a win. i recommend you go to the in game EA help tab there they will help you.
