I got crystals instead of NS bundle?

I bought NS bundle from web store, but i dont have it in game, i got around 2k crystals for some reason. I tried to make a bug ticket but nobody replied. My ally code is 383-652-886

    Tive um problema parecido na hora da comprar com créditos do Google Pay e no instante seguinte o NS bundle desapareceu para tentar comprar novamente.
