I had my Zeta upgrade stolen from the Era security robot.

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem in the last era. I raised all my characters to 5 stars and era level 85 to get Zetas for everyone, but the guard droid doesn't have them, which is strange because I raised everyone to the maximum level. I have a problem with customer support, and not only is it terrible, I waited for several hours, and only after I left did they start responding. Why do they have a live response? It's nonsense. They're insane. They didn't help at all and simply closed it, preventing me from creating a new one. What should I do? I'm sad and upset. I paid money for this, and they literally screwed me.
