I just came back yesterday and I realized so many characters were gone?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I stopped playing a year ago about and I came back today and I logged on and saw I was missing so many characters and stuff like the cantina levels had almost reset? I am just very confused because it’s the same account.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue

I have no pictures but I asked my friends if I had more characters and even they backed me up and said something had happened.

    Can you provide your ally code?

    Do you know if you had your account linked to Game Center of if you were playing as a guest?

    @ChristophIV Yes I will, I talked to my friend and I know I was missing Greedo for sure and I know other people too I just forget which ones, also I thought I was on like world 7 in Cantina, lemme grab the code real quick

    @h58zbcea2gl3 Also, the weird thing is I have the original phone and the app still from when I first got it so everything should be how it was on that because nothing changed or I didn’t redownload it, but I checked and the characters and progress is gone on that one too which confuses me. Thank you guys so much for the help

    @EA_UltraSlide Also, I just looked at my stats and it says I’ve only ever done 14 squad battles which is definitely not right and I have no fleet/ship battles won or a galactic power rating for ships when I’m positive I had the ships and did some ship battles too. Thank you for the help!

    Hi @h58zbcea2gl3 

    After checking your account, we can see that you are level 30 and have 10 characters unlocked. These were unlocked on the 5th and 6th of January 2016. We have also looked and Greedo is not among these characters. You also don't appear to have any Greedo shards.

    As the account is level 30, Ship battles would not yet be unlocked.

    Could you have been logged in on another Game Center account or unknowingly as a guest?

    @EA_UltraSlide I have no idea but it doesn’t make sense bc I have the exact same account and the exact same game I originally downloaded it from on my original iPhone that I got it from. If I was playing unknowingly as guest what could I do to get my stuff back?
