there is no ban listed on my account or email explaining. So support is having a hard time doing anything. Yet is says banned when I log in.
I assume something happen with the transactions but both are still pending through PayPal. I purchased the episode pass and then the appo bundle from the web store in sequence. I seemed to get both upon log in but then got a pop up that account was banned?
How can I get this rectified?
