It seems like i'm not able to access the bonus drops with the Zetas correctly, I have the three characters at 7 stars but I only see two zones instead of three with bonus drops and only one of them can give me zetas correctly because one of them continue giving me the character I already have

did you bring him to 7Stars on that day when the event was already running? then its kind of normal. Its only sad that you get nothing else as bonus drop once you have then at 7stars
+1. I don't even see any bonus drops available on the cantina. I do see LS, DS, and mod battle bonus drops tho.

One has KBeq at 7 stars, shows shards on LS & DS nodes, gets Kbeq shards both nodes
Paz looks like he should be on Cantina, but there are zetas there when he is 4 star.
IG12 is on Mod Battles, and gives shards.
Other account has none of them at 7*
Paz on DS, Kbeq on LS, IG12 on Mod.

Edit: Chatting with my guild, everything is all over the place, different people seeing different things, some getting what they should, others not.
Feedback from my guild is similar. It's all messed up.
I'd like some clone war Chewbacca shards, please...since I'm obviously not getting any zeta bonus drops :(

Same thing.I have all bonus drop chars and see them in bonus drop.
The drop rate of zetas depends on characters what you got from bonus drop and then i miss more zetas from it

In the same boat. Only see bonus Zeta drops on Cantina nodes. All 3 char’s 7* (and R7). Thought maybe was a different node each day. Just over here sitting on hoarded energy like a dummy.
3 months later and never an acknowledgment, let alone compensation. So disappointing. Tried to go through in-game help and they sent me here again. Spent extra crystals building up energy, then sat on stockpiled energy during the event hoping and waiting for a fix, so therefore missed out on new energy for days since I was already past the cap.
