Impossible to connect and stuck

Hello,

The game is stuck and impossible to get out from the intro scene (here the screen were i'm stuck) the cross doesn't work. 

Few minutes ago i was playing normaly but impossible to back with the cross or arrow up. So i uninstall and re install the game and now it still stuck.
