In game currency refunds not allowed, remove purchases for completed content.
My game on pc froze up today while I was collecting my Bronzium data card. I ended up spending 1250 on the Finalizer pack. I contacted in game support to see if that could be returned (I've been saving for the 500 crystal relic packs today) and they replied they can't refund in game purchases. I know other things (LSB's for example) don't show up in the shop if you already have the items maxed. Same with Era characters. If you (CG) won't refund purchases made on accident that are worth a decent chunk, please consider removing them from the in game store as well then. Attaching screenshots of the store, my completed finalizer, and where I still have the extra shards. The support response said they "couldn't refund the 7 star finalizer". I'm not sure if they misunderstood and thought I upgraded to that and wanted it reverted. But either way, the store updates and removes content that is completed. They removed the fleet events that people had completed. If a refund isn't possible, please remove the ship bundles that are completed as well.
