Inactive Guild Leader with no help from EA Help

I am trying to resolve an issue with an inactive Guild Leader and getting them removed. I tried to do this through the in game EA Help they seem to have no ability to help with anything SWGoH related (or at least anyone that I have been put onto). I am one of the only active officers and trying to run the guild almost solo is becoming difficult. I have tried to contact the inactive guild leader via Discord and got no response. Trying here to get this resolved.
