Inactive Guild Leader with no help from EA Help

I am trying to resolve an issue with an inactive Guild Leader and getting them removed. I tried to do this through the in game EA Help they seem to have no ability to help with anything SWGoH related...

….or create a new guild.

and ask all the current members of the old guild to switch to the new guild.

One downside of creating a new guild is that you will have to unlock all the old raids before you can run the current raid
