Incorrect German translation of General Veers' skill "Ruthless Assault"

Summarize your bug The English original description of General Veers' "Ruthless Assault" says "Deal Special damage to all enemies with a 55% chance to inflict Ability Block for 1 turn, dealing 10% more damage for each living Rebel enemy" The German translation says "Dadurch erleidet jeder lebende Rebellen-Gegner 10% mehr Schaden", which would be the equivalent to "dealing 10% more damage TO each living Rebel enemy". As far as I understand, the skill is dealing a multiple of 10% extra damage to EVERY opponent (whether rebel or not), depending on the number of living rebel opponents, not only 10% extra TO rebel opponents. So, the German translation should be corrected to state "Verursacht pro lebendem Rebellen-Gegner 10% mehr Schaden."
