Inquisitor LSB disappearing after I try to buy

I attempted to purchase the inquisitor LSB on the PC Version. I backed out of the transaction so I could go to the web store and purchase there (for the coaxium)

After backing out of the transaction the LSB doesn't appear for purchase in the web store or the PC/mobile version of the game. After waiting a day, it reappears, but when I try to purchase it, I get an "oops" message and the bundle disappears.
