Issue with purchasing Conquest Pass

I tired to purchase the Conquest Pass ($9.99 one) on Monday, but was an issue where now 1) When i try to purchase it in game it says 'I've reached my daily limit', and 2) In the web store it is no longer an option (it only shows the upgrade option).

I've tried using EA Help inside the game and it said it would create a ticket and send a note in game but I haven't received anything yet.  I've also tried 'Restoring Purchases' in game, but that didn't seem to help.

I'm not sure this is the best place to raise this issue, or if I need to add more information to make it actionable, but it's the only place I can find...
