JABBA'S ENTOURAGE LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE not received

 

Hello I recently bought the JABBA'S ENTOURAGE LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE  and did not receive the characters and instead received the 3562 gems instead. This was made of the web store if that helps. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
