Jedi Allies Lightspeed Bundle Purchase Not Received

Last night I bought (verified through PayPal AND bank account) the Jedi Allies Lightspeed Bundle. What I received after the PayPal confirmation was an error message from the webstore. What I received in-game was an apology message and 2800 crystals. No response from support yet. Any advice?
