Jedi Knight Revan Light Speed Bundle

Dear Sir or Madam, unfortunately I did not receive this content and have already spent the entire month of December and January claiming my legal ownership in countless advisor chats. I don't want to waste any more time in these chat rooms and am now turning directly to the forum. Attached are all the required screenshots to verify and that should probably be more than enough to show that this is MY ACCOUNT. I purchased the bundle from the EA webstore.
