Jedi Knight Revan LSB webstore purchase contents not received

I bought the Jedi Knight Revan LSB in the webstore about four hours ago. When trying to claim it in-game I received crystals for consolation due to issues, but not the content of the pack itself. I appreciate any help regarding this issue, I have the mail containing the order confirmation (and order no., of course) ready if needed.
