Jedi Knight Revan LSB

Hello, I purchased the Jedi Knight Revan LSB from the webstore after adding a gift card to my account that I got for Christmas. After the purchase was completed I got the purchase receipt in my email but I did not receive the bundle in game. I checked my inbox numerous times and restored my purchases, but it is not showing up. Attached are the images of my charge receipt and my collection an hour after the purchase went through.
