Can you please advise us all on what the plan is with this event bug? I am nearing the cap on light side currency and given how hard it is to get I don’t want to waste any. I’ve already lost 15 light side currency to one crash, I don’t want to lose more to another crash nor to reaching the cap and not getting more currency from my subsequent light side battles. If you can at least guarantee us compensation for lost currency on crashes we can all proceed to attempt the battle whether it crashes or not. Thank you in advance.

Issue: Jedi Master Kenobi's Tier 1 event has crashed on me twice causing me to lose out on 30 Galactic Legend Tickets. The first time in the middle of the battle the music vanished from battle then froze to a black screen. Second time in the middle of an attack in the entrance of the battle the app completely closed out on me.
Spent 450 crystals farming tickets today to get this event going and to hopefully unlock Jedi Master Kenobi soon; only to be robbed out of my tickets.
Please provide some kind of feedback, as to if we will be refunded the tickets we lost out on. Not only is focusing for the pre-requisites time consuming, but the GL tickets are the same way; takes lots of time and effort to farm.

Same issue as the other players here, game crashes in Tier I of Kenobi event, meaning lost tickets. I've tried to talk to customer support and it's been quite disheartening. Will we be able to be reimbursed for these crashes?
So for now we just keep trying the battle and randomly losing LS currency to crashes, in the hopes of eventually getting JMK?
