Platform: Android / bluestacks (I tried it on both)
Date and time of the crash: UTC +1 today at 11:30 in the morning and Yesterday between 20:00-21:00 in the evening
Any additional details: I tried it on bluestacks and on my phone both is not working and its the same "crash animation" in the frist tier of the Event it crashed 4 times
Has there been any response about reimbursement for the lost resources? This isn’t just free energy that was spent, but real money spent on crystals and packs w/ crystals, not to mention the 6 months of spending and gearing of all the reqs to even get there. Customer service is useless, as usual, any update to this 26 page list of what is clearly a bug?
