Additional Information: I had collected 54 light side tickets for the Jedi Master Kenobi unlock event. Middle ways through first battle game closes without authorisation!

I lost 15 light side tickets and didn't gain any Kenobi shards as a result.

I would be grateful If you could reimburse me for the lost tickets, please?
