Hi @EA_HighCommand and @EA_UltraSlide, 

  • Ally code: 595-691-454
  • Platform: iOS (iPhone SE 2020)
  • Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): "2022-01-01 00:59:36.00 +0100" and "2022-01-01 01:06:54.00 +0100" Madrid Time Zone (GMT+1).
  • Device logs: I have the two ips files, but if I try to attach them here it says "Unsupported extension type" but I can provide it by email.
  • Any additional details: The game crashed twice, the first one in the middle of the battle, near the end, and the second one during the kinematic animation before starting the battle.

This type of bug is really annoying and ruins the game experience. I would appreciate it being fixed asap and get energy or shard compensation.

Looking forward to a solution.

I added the ".txt" extension to make the system accept the crash log files.

  • Ally code: 595-691-454

    Hi, @EA_HighCommand and @EA_UltraSlide , 

    Any news on this bug fix? You have quite a few crash reports from the community to investigate it in depth.

    It would be great to have the LS tokens or crystals compensation.
