Ally Code 953-855-593Android8/4/21Approx 8:00pmESTHappened when trying to load tier 4 of the JMK event. Game froze on the loading screen. I could used my phone for anything else just SWGOH was frozen on load. I lost the 70 light side tickets I spent to lau.ch the game. I also tried it on both my phone data and WiFi but the game remained froze until I force closed it. It has not happened with any other function of the game but the JMK event.

@Krum007 @EA_HighCommand None of us are going away! It’s all well and good to bring massive changes to the game making GL’s the be all and end all, but you better make sure people don’t get shafted on their way to getting them, like everyone in this thread has at least once.

It happened to me too.Ally code 643666178Ingame Name MINI Alex8/august/2021 around 0700 UTC time.I played the first tier of Jedi master Kenobi event and when I entered the battle the game mysteriously crashed and restarted by it self. I tried the ea support system but the response as you can see below is that maybe the problem is my phone... But as I can see here this happened to others too. I have never experienced this crash and immediate restart before and I play this game since 2016... So it's all a mystery how somehow in one of the most hard earned battles where you spent crystals and energy to farm ticket just so that you have the ability to complete , you have a restart in your game . This doesn't happen in all of the other modes of the game. Only in GL s tiers a s I can see from other users.

I have done this battle 7 times. I've beaten it 4 times. But on the 3 that it crashed, if I leave the middle Magna-guard as the last one of the Magna-guards to kill, it will always crash when I'm about to hit him and kill him. Otherwise, if I kill him first or second, it's not an issue. So it's the Magna-guard on the left of General Grevious.

Any additional details: happened 2 out of 7 attempts on the JMK tier 1 battle. Enter battle, make a move(s) then crash with hard app reset and lost tickets for that battle. Edited, happened two more times today. Total of 4 times. This is very frustrating!!!!!!!

So, I’ve had the game crash 3 times out of 4 on T1 of the JMK event. It happens either during the cinematic or when one of the MagnaGuard’s drops. This has cost me crystals in refreshes gathering event tokens, as well as the tokens themselves.

Steps to reproduce? Open the event and actually playtest for once.

Connection: Occurs on 5G and WI-FI

also happened a few days ago. This is the second occurrence. The first time it happened on tier 2 of jmk event. Today it happened on tier one. Has anyone gotten any results from this ? It’s gonna suck to farm tickets and hope the event works. Also sorry I’m not gonna go through the trouble making a bug log so that you guys can fix your game. Merry Christmas and happy New Years!

Any additional details: 3rd crash out of 10 attempts tier 1. Both wifi and 5g. Once during cinematic open, once when 1st Magna defeated and once as Grievous dies. Ridiculous that this is not fixed yet.

Any additional details: The game crashed while I was trying tier 1 of JMK event. Without any warning, my phone went back to the homepage. When I've returned to the game, my 15 light side tokens were gone and the shards of JMK weren't there.
