Jedi Master Luke Ultimate Mat Missing

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Iphone 8
OS Version 15.0.2

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I reached out to EA help desk because I have completed 5 attempts at the Jedi Master Luke Ultimate final stage and it only shows 4 successes. They said they could not fix the issue and pointed me here for you all to give me the credit for the 5th win.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

You can go into my account, EA help verified that I completed it 5 times and only received 4 credits in the ultimate ability.

    Hi @kthistleknot 

    Thanks for providing your ally code. We have checked your account and we can see that there are 4 registered wins for JML's Tier 6 and you currently have 4 Ultimate Ability Materials. This matches and you should still be able to get the rest in-game through tier 6.

    Unfortunately, as you have the correct amount of Ultimate Ability Material that matches the amount of registered Wins of Tier 6, thre is nothing we can do.

    @EA_UltraSlide I am experiencing the same issue. Ally code is 657-429-916.

    Completed last night. Should have 2 now, but only have 1. Iphone o/s version is 14.8.

    Are you able to see the time and date of that completed battle on your end? Alternatively, can someone query the game DB to see number of tickets held by both myself and the player who reported this for each day over last week?

    I don’t have any failed attempts, but you can back into when an attempt happened based on reductions in tickets ie when they are spent.

    @Utilitarian0508 Do you have a screenshot of how many attempts you've completed? It's indicated by the progress of the circle on the stage selection bar.

    The thing is, 4 and 5 reward no mats for JML, but are similar/identical to 6.
