Jedi Revan bundle problem

I bought from the webstore the Jedi Revan Lightspeed bundle and I haven’t received it, even after 8 Hours. The restore purchases option does not help. (and I had to install the mobile version, because I don’t where is that option on the Desktop version)
I hope I made my problem clear (English is not my Native language)
