Can you ask the team a question, why are people that spend money to support the game screwed over from the free stuff that is given out to everyone. Just makes me hate CG more and more and reinforces why I should not spend money with people that can't even let supporters get a little extra.

I have been charged twice, whats the best process to be refunded the money even though i entered the code and ensured it said 0$?
I sent a ticket in game and they said they are aware and my issue has been moved to “fixed”. I submitted another ticket asking for a refund or crystals in trade. Do you know what they might do?
