EDIT: EA refunded the money for the pack, I appreciate the help MeatHead 👍 've personally had a horrible experience today. I had filled in the promo JEDITEMPLE and at checkout it said 0 euro.  ...

it's not free, you have to buy the item then, and only then, you enter the code to get a few more shards. That's all.
