Jedi Temple Loot crate (Customer service unable to verify Promocode: JEDITEMPLE)

EDIT: EA refunded the money for the pack, I appreciate the help MeatHead 👍 've personally had a horrible experience today. I had filled in the promo JEDITEMPLE and at checkout it said 0 euro.  ...

Me ha ocurrido el mismo problema y al solicitar la reclamación y la correspondiente devolución del importe, a mí me derivan a estar pendiente de las últimas noticias sobre el juego en Twitter cuando publiquen una posible solución...
