Jedi Temple Loot crate (Customer service unable to verify Promocode: JEDITEMPLE)

EDIT: EA refunded the money for the pack, I appreciate the help MeatHead 👍 've personally had a horrible experience today. I had filled in the promo JEDITEMPLE and at checkout it said 0 euro.  ...

I had the same issue and I was told to post about it in the community forum for a resolution. It's a really strange refund process if that's the case. I don't understand how posting about it in the forum would move along the process more than opening a ticket.... has anyone been compensated thus far?

    I paid with PayPal and I opened a case with them and following their claim process. The EA team told me to wait. They didn’t say anything about posting to the forums.
