JKR BUNDLE NOT WORKING

Dear SWGOH, 

I bought DR bundle and worked just fine on the 24th of December, but when I tried buying the JKR bundle it got stuck at pending and EA thinks the transaction went through but it didn’t so the JKR bundle is no longer on the store and can’t purchase it, is it possible if I got some help soon please?? Ally code is 189-448-672. And also the Cantina bonus drops aren’t working for me either. Thank you.
