Journey quest disappeared after update
I had a quest giving 80 Slave 1 shards, and some other things for spending 400 guild event tokens. I didn't spend the tokens because as a new player I didn't know how to get to the guild event token...

Hi,
Level 84 in-game now, the journey quest line for Bossk shards never triggered. I've seen accounts as low as level 70 having a 4 star Boskk. After 3 days back and forth with EA help i get redirected back to these forums.
Why isn't anyone even acknowledging that this problem exists ?
My ally code 757-771-386 , just in case.
They said the same thing to me in the in-game help task. No reaction to be found on these forums. We are missing out on a lot of journey rewards. Lets hope they atleast react in a reasonable timeframe.
