Journey quest rewards missing

Hello,

I have reached lvl 85 about 4 days ago. Since the update that introduced the episode pass and overhauled the quests tab, some journey quests dissappeared for me. In particular the one that rewards 80 slave-1 shards, 30 Bossk shards and 50 Bossk shards. I don't have either Slave-1 or Bossk unlocked eventhough that should be the case for a new lvl 85 player. I talked with the support bots in-game under the "help" tab, but they don't understand what's going on. Some players seem to have the same problems I have and some seemed to not be skipped, resulting in newer players having a big advantage eventhough the account age might just be a week apart between the ones who are affected and the ones who are not. Is there someone who can help me out with my missing shards, please? I have been trying with the bot support since the new update, but that just doesn't resolve anything.
