Kessel Run Collection
Hello all and than you in advance. No matter what I do, I’m unable to sign into SWGOH store and collect the Kessel run. I’ve tried everything Reddit suggested and still no success.

I have no access to the web store or the PC client, it has to be an account issue but there's no way to have someone fix it from ea/cg. Some say it's an age restriction, but I'm 40 and my accounts are accurate.
