Hi everyone!! I just started this game not too long ago, and I am currently facing a problem of not being able to play CLS journey guide even when all the requirements are met. Anyone have any ideas how to fix? I tried restarting, redownloading but this problem being happening for 2 days now, I can't even play the first tier. Below are 2 screenshots of what is going on.

I have the same problem... burning through my conquest energy and won't be able to complete the sector before the session closes. To make matters worse, I purchased the conquest pass and am missing out on all kinds of extras. Very frustrating 🤷♂️

I now have CLS unlocked, i don’t know exactly how it became possible to get into the battles but I believe it to be when I hit lvl50 then it opened for me - could be a coincidence but that’s the only thing I can think of that changed between me not being able to access it and then it being unlocked.
It also fixed it for me immediately once I hit lvl 50. Must be that
