Kessel Run gone from web shop?

I noticed it after buying 2 items. Instead of dealing with ea support I'm just going to eat it. I tried for weeks to get a crystal satchel that never got applied to my account. Never even got the in game email. They never gave me the signal data and now this. I'm starting to realize ea support is useless.

Yes, I'm not having a problem with the store. It's the reward system in the store. 

It is gone for me too.  Never happened before.  

It's back but no rewards for the 2 purchases 

Edit- was bored so I reported it in game. Sent them screenshots of the orders and kessel run thing at 0. Like always I'm sure there response will be saying I'm mistaken then sending me useless era level currency in compensation . It's messed up a company would be so greedy they rip off their customers

Got a response back from in game support. I gave them pics of the purchases. Pic of the reward thing at 0. Told them to check the technical forum for numerous threads about it.

There response was they sent out the andor pass to those who bought the old one because of the pic on it. Uhm my ticket was about kessel run rewards I didn't get. I said nothing about the episode pass. When I say their support is useless I'm not kidding.

EA_Aljo​ Any word on whether we'll get coaxium retroactively added for purchases we made while kessel run was MIA?
