The long list of issues on entering help is that people have bought content and NOT gettibg access to that content. WHEN will this be addressed?
EA_Lanna in another reply/issue you stated open an issue with support. I can clearly state that support offer zero help no matter how much i push for someone to look at my issue. 3 weeks later and not one reply here, EA help just close cases and i am seriously looking to escalate.

As mentioned in earlier posts, i am going to tag every EA member until someone looks into this. I am not going away. The posts in forum show multitudes of people buying content but been given something else. EA Help IS NO help at all, so this needs to be addressed, resolved and future proofed for purchases.
Been through EA help yet again. Order number, transaction date and value given, ally code confirmed and every single time i;m told they cannot see my data, so its my fault that i bought an item in good faith and got something else. This is a complete shambles. EA help cut the help off.
*snip* Needing a resolution in this. Check your forums, it is full of people buying bundles and getting crystals.
