Kyber Lightspeed Token Issue

Sorry for the tag but the EA Help does not really provide any help.
I purchased a Lightspeed Token and apparently something went wrong which then served me with crystals instead.  I am not really after the crystals and would like to know how i could resolve this by swapping the crystals for the token.

  • Now solved for me, and for such a trivial issue it was  3 weeks of nonsense.  I do not put or transfer blame on to the devs or moddy  people on here, but people are buying things on purpose, that needs a real look at.  Thanks to whoever took this up aa stage and really appreciate it,

    I get what you say but being a global game and no one, no one, is able to just bump something up? I spend a lot on this game and im now done doing so.  The customer service is crap and why do we need to jump through hoops and rely on some forum managers to get resolution?  Its not fair on users or the forum managers.  If i hear nothing bt 10am im going ti request full refunds,  Ive tried and not one avenua has generated a reply

    Im done now, buying content should not be stressful but EA CG make it so

    *snip* I will tag all, i bought a Kyber lightspeed token and did not get it.  I want it.  I bought in good faith and i have had two EA tickets closed and no reply on here, what is going on?  This is a disgrace

    this is the issue, when you leave technical and purchase issues into a forum, it will never work.  The people in here working the forums will not have the insight into what is going on and this is where the problem lies.  Yes, i argued with ex forum members because they were taught to give a description of the game and several countries proved me right that your packs are gambling.

    Now, the first time ive ever had an issue, not one word, if i shouted something negative i would have had my 14th warning etc so, lets face it, i paid for a LS token, did not get it, i did not earn anything apart from a ratio currency to crystals.  

    I have not 1 reply from anyone on here, yet if i said a bad word id be censored in 2 minutes

    Its over a week, you owe me a LS token

    *snip* I apologize for the tags but i bought a lightspeed token and didnt get it, can someone please explain where my options lie?  The lack of interaction is really bad, even if in private, i wont share, but can someone at least look at it and say yup, bought it, didnt get it.  How many do i need to tag?

    I have left this for a couple of weeks, can a Dev explain how i now escalate this.  If a customer buys a product in good faith and doesnt\ get it, normally there is a service reception to go to.  Here, its ignored, that is not good service, so explain where i go now?

    *snip* I am still looking for answer on why i spent money and did not receive the LS token that i bought,   I am open to explanations and solutions but i bought  an item and did not receive it,

    This just shows how the player base is actually treated

    Nearly 3 weeks, tagged lots, not one reply.  Isnt it fraud if you buy something and get something else?

    *snip* I am going to tag everyone, every day until someone can tell me why i spent money on an item and did not receive the item and justify why no response is ok

    Now i am really really starting to get annoyed.  Let me put this way,

    1. mentioned it here and hoped for a reply. hee haw.
    2. 2. Went to EA help, kept closing a case without telling me why or what
    3. Waited on EA help and then kept getting told my case wouldnt be 'reflected' because i had to report in game but that is no longer there,  Asked many times how i could escalate and i was being very polite and they ended my comms with them.  As i work in insurance that was a very indian call centre approach to difficult conversations.

    I am utterly disappointed with the interaction of this incident, it could have been resolved in one two chats but its now gone to i hate EA

    The long list of issues on entering help is that people have bought content and NOT gettibg access to that content. WHEN will this be addressed?

    EA_Lanna​ ​ in another reply/issue you stated open an issue with support. I can clearly state that support offer zero help no matter how much i push for someone to look at my issue. 3 weeks later and not one reply here, EA help just close cases and i am seriously looking to escalate.

    As mentioned in earlier posts, i am going to tag every EA member until someone looks into this.  I am not going away.  The posts in forum show multitudes of people buying content but been given something else.  EA Help IS NO help at all, so this needs to be addressed, resolved and future proofed for purchases.

    Been through EA help yet again.  Order number, transaction date and value given, ally code confirmed and every single time i;m told they cannot see my data, so its my fault that i bought an item in good faith and got something else.  This is a complete shambles.  EA help cut the help off.

    *snip* Needing a resolution in this.  Check your forums, it is full of people buying bundles and getting crystals. 

    *snip* I will continue to tag until someone at EA has the decency to respond.  Ill give maybe 20 minutes then start tagging others

    I bought two tokens and I did not get them?
