Lag and Colissem rewards compensation

While I appreciate the sentiment and have been up in arms because of the lag. CG is an American based company, and really don't give a **bleep** about those idiots bureaucrats in Brussels, rightfully so. And the charge back rule doesn't apply here, as it is non monetized currency and is given at the behest of CG for in-game reward. Hell even if it was moneytized, they still wouldn't give a **bleep** what the EU says. 

So yeah, I am hoping that we will get some because man, 1000 crystals, you're generous here. More like 5000. But hey, that's CG decision. I just hope that they fix it, I can't finish a single levi mirror match on time, which costs now 270 crystals per day for me at least. Not to mention GA which I can't play at all. As long as they fix it, fine by me.

I'd also appreciate if you could confirm if the current unplayability issues are considered valid chargeback basis based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive or if you will be trying to dispute chargebacks made on this basis?
