Leviathan 1250 crystal pack is not appearing in Store!

Wow! No shards, no answer. Like Executor Event. I guess nothing will be done because of this. Really sad...

Yeah I am hoping someone can try to respond before EOD, or direct message with some way to get the 50 shards for the crystals I bought.

Maybe someone is available for a helpdesk style?

Hey hi EA_Gunner do you know if the studio has a solution before EOD? Or even if they will see about individual assistance for the missing data pack?

Just trying to see about getting the shards before EOD when the event ends and not sure if there are other troubleshooting methods.

What's the point in that? Does someone think that anyone will buy the 50 shards for 6250 crystals in the shop in 31 days when you can get them in the event for 3996 crystals? Why not just fix the error? This one has already been known (Executor) for at least 5 days...

Do you know what the community calls you? Useless!

You don't do anything for us. And then you dare to ask what my experience with Support was? You can fold my experience and shove it up your ear!

Hey, I assume by now you guys are aware, but just making sure this is logged somewhere as a bug:
1) It's happening across all capital ships. Or at least the GL Ships

2) It happens to new people unlocking the ships. Those that unlocked them before December see the packs.
3) There's not any known workaround at the moment.
