Lightspeed Bundle - Charged, Not Given?

Hi there. 
Last week I purchased the Lightspeed Bundle Sith Eternal - II, on the webstore. 
I was charged, then sent an email saying my order was processing, and would be on my account in 48 hours.  A week later, there’s still no change.
