Bought the Rey (Jedi Training) lightspeed bundle but my BB-8 didn’t level up.

BB-8 was not included in that LSB
The LSBs never include Journey characters and you can see who's included in the bundle when you purchase it. JTRs bundle only contains Scavenger Rey, Finn and Veterans Han and Chewie
