These forums are a waste of time. You'll get no response. I've logged a ticket with support here which you can contact in game https://ea-production.helpshift.com/hc/en/ You submit a ticket using the live chat function and attach a copy of the proof of purchase and it should work. It takes forever for people to get back to you though but at least someone is replying. Try this instead
