Lightspeed bundles in PC client, but not in mobile or webstore.

Maybe if you were smart enough to read things, you would know that the Lightspeed Bundles are being prereleased on computers only. 

Then why are they showing up for other people in the web store and on mobile?

I suppose where you are based in the world also plays a factor (Assuming CG releases things based on US time, any timezone that is ahead of the US probably needs to wait until their time aligns with that same release date in The States). So by that logic, since I'm GMT+2, I usually expect to see the LSB released in the late afternoon or evening on mobile.
