I suppose where you are based in the world also plays a factor (Assuming CG releases things based on US time, any timezone that is ahead of the US probably needs to wait until their time aligns with that same release date in The States). So by that logic, since I'm GMT+2, I usually expect to see the LSB released in the late afternoon or evening on mobile.
