Hey DarylSmith100193 Here are some steps you can try in this case.

  1. Switch Your Connection Type: If you're on WiFi, try switching to a mobile data connection and relaunch the game.
  2. Clear Your Game Cache: Follow these links for instructions on clearing cache for  Android or iOS
  3.  Match System Language to Store Region: Set your device's language to match your store's region. For example, if your store is in France, switch your language to French
  4. Restart your device
