Lord vader LSB

I brought the lord vader lightspeed bundle on the webstore and it loaded for ages then said error and didn't connect to my PayPal then the bundle disappeared from the webstore and the in game store for me and I can only purchese it as a gift and the ea support team said I have ro wait 72 hours for the pending charge even though the charge said failed not pending and the LSB isn't there for me I've tried restarting, clear cache, everything but nothing has worked is there anything that I can do.
