Lost Access to Level 85 Account (Delara Exibil) - Sync Error / Game Reset
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to report a critical Loss of Access issue. When I opened the game, it suddenly reset to a new Level 1 account. I have lost connection to my main Level 85 account.
I open the game, it suddenly reset to a new Level 1 account. However, I have verified with my guildmates that my main account is currently LIVE and ACTIVE in the game. It is clearly NOT deleted.
